Pisco is the most popular peak of the Cordillera Blanca, not only for its rapid access but also because it is technically more reachable than other high mountains.

Climbing Pisco provides opportunities of closer views of extremely demanding neigh boring peaks such as Huandoy, Chacraraju, Huascarán, Chopicallqui, as well as an overall view of the Cordillera Blanca's peaks, canyons and valleys.
